When you receive your Curvy Sonic Toothbrush, you will need to charge it for 24h before using it for the first time.

My toothbrush is not working. What can I do?

If your toothbrush is not working, charge it for 24hrs. if it is still not working after charging it for 24hrs please contact our warranty team.

My toothbrush blinks in red. What does it mean?

When your toothbrush is showing red indicator light, it means that your toothbrush is running low on battery and we recommend you charge it.

How long does the toothbrush battery last?

Your toothbrush battery can last for up to 30 days without charging.

I am travelling soon, is my toothbrush allowed in my carry on?

Yes, the battery of your Curvy toothbrush is Ni-MH so its allowed in your carry on.

How often do I need to change my brush heads?

We recommend changing your brush heads every 3 months and subscribing to your brush heads replacement, so you will not forget to change it.

I do not know how to change my brush heads.
